Final approval is required on all orders prior to proceeding to final production. Due to file size for email proofs, low resolution proofs are provided. The final product will print sharper than they may appear on your screen or off your printer. We do our best to match colours but due to the nature of our printing process, colours may vary slightly on the final bottles.
Carefully check proofs for correct spelling of names and proper numbers. Please ensure all logo(s) and names are correct as we will not proceed to print without your final approval.
Let us know if changes are required. We will not be held responsible for typo’s once your order is approved.
Under normal conditions we can meet the 2-3 week deadline for final delivery, however from time to time It may be longer if items are not in stock and product delivery is delayed or if circumstances beyond our control is encountered such as bad weather conditions when shipping. We will notify you if any delayed are expected.
RUSH Orders: Orders to be done within 1 week are subject to an additional charge of $50.
Due to the custom order, we require full payment at time of order. All taxes and shipping costs are extra on all orders.
If there is any defect with the products, we will replace. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there are any damaged or defective products.You must provide a photo of the damaged product.
Do to the general nature of the customized products we do not do any returns. We do not provide any refunds on delivered products. We will replace anything deemed our mistake or any defected products.
We guarantee that our water bottles are PBA Free, dishwasher safe and freezer safe. If, in the event you experience any issues in washing or freezing, we will replace.
You must provide a photo of the damaged product.
We have approval from the helmet manufactures for use of our product on helmets. We will not be held responsible for any helmet defects or head injuries caused in wearing helmets from the use of our products.
